South African purchases are processed by Paystack as CloudPMO's payment processor; CloudPMO remains the supplier, and Paystack is not a Merchant of Record.
CloudPMO's accountant manages South African accounting, VAT/tax payments and reconciliation.
CloudPMO handles South African refunds under its Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy; approved refunds are returned through Paystack to the original payment method where possible.
